Welcome to the IT Services Support Portal

Welcome to the our technology self-service site. Through this portal, you can request assistance and find answers to your questions.  Below are some helpful tips to get started.

The Service Catalog is an organized collection of services.  It provides a single location for you to browse and search for available services provided by CSB/SJU IT Services.  You can view a description of the services, eligibility information, a list of related services and articles, the cost to use the service (if applicable), and how to access or create a request for that services.

The Knowledge Base is a centralized collection of information about the services and applications offered.  This included known error messages, how-to guides, troubleshooting information, FAQs, training materials, and more.  Each page of information in the Knowledge Base is called an article.
